Winnipeg Bicycle Plates

1912 - 1912 Winnipeg Bicycle Plates were made out of aluminum with aluminum straps on each side. They were usually wrapped around a seat post and then fastened with a copper rivet. See the 1911 bicycle plate in my collection - the 1912 is similar.
